We owe our livelihood and daily coffee ritual to our producers whose passion and care for the land make for some of the most excellent coffees in the world. Our sourcing model and minimum pay price allow us to center the voices of the smallholder farmers in all we do. Not only is it our responsibility to pay producers fairly, it is an investment in their work and in the future of coffee.
